INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE

 

“INNOVATION AND KNOWLEDGE TRANSFER  

IN THE CONTEXT OF INTERNATIONAL INTEGRATION” 

CALL FOR PAPERS 

 

In the context of international integration, innovation is the key for success as it generates competitive advantages. Objectives and process of both social and firm innovation have been changing to adapt to new opportunities and challenges. The way that different internal factors and external factors such as effectiveness of local governments, costs of doing business, and legal systems affect innovation has been modified. Accordingly, the questions of how to create and transfer knowledge for innovation, how to carry out programs to evaluate impacts of innovation, and how to support innovative activities would be addressed in a different manner. 

 

It is, therefore, important to address these issues by exchanging ideas, discussing findings from studies and proposing relevant policies through the platform of an International 

Conference “Innovation and Knowledge Transfer in the Context of International Organization” to be held at Foreign Trade University on November 21st 2018. In the conference studies conducted by research groups in the research program “Innovation and Knowledge Transfer to Enterprises” of Foreign Trade University and studies from other researchers on the topic will be presented.  

 

We would like to call for papers that address the following questions to the conference:

1. How does the new context of international integration affect the process and objective of innovation?

2. How do different factors affect social innovation and innovation of enterprises?

3. How does the new context of international integration affect the way knowledge for innovation is created, transferred, and evaluated? 

4. How can active governments support knowledge creation, knowledge transfer and innovative activities? 

 

Submission information 

Please submit the title, abstract, and full paper to the email address: namvh@ftu.edu.vn. 

Deadlines for submission are as follows:

- Submission of title and abstract by no later than October 19th 2018;

- Submission of full paper by no later than November 9th 2018. 

Notification of acceptance will be sent three days after submission. 

There is no registration fee to the conference.
