The Embassy of Italy in Hanoi is pleased to announce the call for applications for the grants for study and research visits to Italy.
This grant is open to Vietnamese scientists, academicians, lecturers, researchers etc. that are going to visit Italian universities and research centers.
As financial contribution, the grant intends to cover the travel and accommodation expenses for maximum 10 (ten) days and up to a maximum of €3,000 per beneficiary.
Interested applicants are invited to submit their application by 31 July 2026.
The application can be submitted before you go on the trip. Kindly note that the grant is only applicable to missions carried out, or to be carried out, between 1 January and 15 November 2026.
The allocation of grants is subject to evaluation of the application submitted and will, in any case, be made on a first come, first served basis, until the available funds are exhausted.
